We love our cover around here! Preferably as a pour over but we like it all!
Our friends over at Due Torri Coffee Michelle and Vince teach us so much about the entire process. We like to visit them weekly so we can provide freshly roasted beans for you on a weekly basis! Each week I have been grabbing a couple different varieties to showcase. They have a great selection of organic beans and a story for each. As we grow we plan to educate and pass that knowledge and flavor experience on to our community.
They use a 1963 vintage roaster called a Probat. This came from Poland and is super unique in its design and build quality. Vince works this roaster like a master. Producing flavors and aromas that are to die for. We couldn't be more excited to be releasing our Raw Food and Goods blend shortly.
