Yellow Arriba Peppers

One pound of Yellow Arriba Peppers grown by ALBA Agricultural Land Based Training Association. 

Bright, crisp and lightly sweet, Yellow Arriba peppers have the fresh, grassy flavor of a jalapeño with a clean, medium heat that builds without overwhelming. Harvested pale yellow, they become sweeter and fruitier as they ripen toward orange and red. Excellent sliced into salsa, roasted, grilled, stuffed or pickled.
